Duchess is the protagonist of Disney's 1970 animated film, The Aristocats. She is the mother of Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse. Duchess is very elegant, beautiful, and ladylike, being the pet to an aristocrat. Duchesse inner ears and nose are made of velvet. Her large expressive eyes, brows and mouth are embroidered. She elegantly curls her tail, made of extra-long mohair, around her feet. A felt collar, which is intricately embroidered, adorns her neck.
