The Sumire Teddy bear, is 28 cm in size, 5-way jointed, made from lavender/gray colored mohair and is limited to 1,500 pieces only.

Sumire is the Japanese word for the flower violet, or in a more limited sense, it refers to Viola Mandshurica (Fuji Dawn) which is one of the species of violet. It is also a feminine Japanese given name. This Teddy was designed and is based on sketches made by the Japanese actress Sumire and has a Hawaiian feel.

The bear wears a flower ornament on the head and a typical Hawaiian Lei around her neck. On one of her paws is a violet embroidered together with the name Sumire.

She comes in a box with certificate of authenticity.
