Optimistic, cheerful and clever - Mickey Mouse is one of the stars of the comic world of the 1930s! From the outset, he was designed for the film. Set with circular head and ears, with gloved hands, and short pants. This way, the little mouse can be easily animated. Walt Disney and his colleagues made good use of it: a total of 120 cartoons were created, as a sensation in 1929, 'Steamboat Willie' was made with sound.
